Learn the art of Italian artisan gelato directly at your place with one of the Florentine Gelato Chefs coming to your own school!

How does it work

Step 1: Choose between the SILVER and the GOLD theoretical classes. The Gelato Campus class will be hosted at your cooking school anywhere the world, where one of our gelato chefs will teach — through both theory and hands-on practice — the secrets of artisan gelato making. 

Step 2: Once the theoretical part is completed, attendees will then have the opportunity to go to Florence and take part to the internship in an authentic gelato shop of one of the members of the Florentine Artisans Gelato Association. This immersive experience is designed to teach every aspect related to the profession, including: selection of the best raw materials on the market, production, supplier and customer relations, staff management, sales and marketing strategy.

At the end of training, students will receive an official Gelato Campus attendance certificate.

 

COURSE DETAILS

SILVER THEORETICAL CLASS
Designed for those who want to understand the fundamental principles of gelato and sorbetto and improve skills of product extraction and display presentation, staying in their own Country. Designed for both gelato entrepreneurs and potential gelato entrepreneurs who want to have more information about the business.

Location: your own location everywhere in the world
Program: the detailed program of the course will be defined in accordance with the requirements of the specific market.
Included: 15 customized chef aprons, 15 customized hats, certificate of attendance, 15 Equilibrio recipe packs
 

GOLD THEORETICAL CLASS
Designed for those who want to understand in detail gelato and sorbetto in order to be able to create by themselves well-balanced recipes with stability and structure, as well as improve their skills of product extraction and display presentation, staying in their own Country. Designed for both gelato entrepreneurs and potential gelato entrepreneurs who want to have more information about the business. 

Location: your own location everywhere in the world
Program: the detailed program of the course will be defined in accordance with the requirements of the specific market.
Included: 20 customized chef aprons, 20 customized hats, certificate of attendance, 20 Equilibrio recipe packs

Not Included: chef’s travel and accommodation
5% commission to be paid for every student taking part in any course in Firenze
